The promoters have proved repeatedly that they are true masters of the uncertain and the unusual and have already confirmed a number of acts for 2012 that you’d be hard put to find elsewhere. The trend seems to go more towards fresh young bands, paired with the familiar BANG YOUR HEAD spirit. You’d expect to find THIN LIZZY at the BANG YOUR HEAD’s sister festival, the Rock of Ages. Where they caused such a riot last year that the promoter spontaneously decided to book them for Balingen 2012. We wholeheartedly agree with his point of view!
